SPLUG Leadership

Mark Klein, SPLUG President/CEO, has been a marketing pioneer in the entertainment industry for over 25 years and concepted SPLUG as a solution for collectors who were having trouble finding items. Mark also founded DXagency in 2004, which today is a successful digital marketing and engagement agency as well as Hot Sauce Marketing, a music marketing company he launched in 1996. Mark started his entertainment career at Sony Music in 1987.

Sandy Rubinstein, SPLUG COO, brings over 20 years of entertainment marketing and management background to the operational helm of SPLUG. She oversees all of SPLUG's business units and directs operations, marketing, partnerships and advertising.

Adam Reinhardt, SPLUG Head of Development, has been overseeing the development of SPLUG since its inception. He is a seasoned developer in his own right with over 15 years of in-house development experience.

Mike Saffert, SPLUG Product Manager, with a strong entertainment industry background, both on stage and behind the scenes, Saffert joined DXagency in 2007 and is now responsible for daily SPLUG project flow operations.

Brett Lemberger, SPLUG Interactive Designer began his career at DXagency after 3 years with the agency. Brett currently leads all design work at DXagency. At SPLUG, he is responsible for design continuity across all platforms.

John Robson, SPLUG Biz Dev, is a 30-year entertainment marketing industry veteran who has been part of DXagency and Hot Sauce since their inceptions. At SPLUG, John is responsible for business development.
